The Casero Collection

Six houses we will build for you — engineered, drawn, and ready to start.

Custom design is still what we do best. But most people who write to us want the same two things first: to know what a house of this size actually costs, and to know it will stand. A pre-engineered layout answers both on day one.

These are not kit homes, and they are not plan sets. We build the house — on your lot, finished, for the price shown. Because the engineering is already done, you are not paying to design from scratch and not waiting months to find out whether the design works. You choose the plan, then we adapt it: siting, finishes, roof, openings, and whatever the lot demands.

What you're buying

A finished house — not a kit, not a shell, not a set of drawings. We build it and hand you the keys.

We build it

Structure, roof, services, every finish inside and out — plus cabinetry, countertops and appliances. Our own crews, one contract, one company answering for the result.

The frame inside it

Galvanised cold-formed steel, roll-formed off-site to the drawing. Nothing is cut on your lot. It will not rot, warp, or feed termites.

The standard it's held to

Built to IBC 2021 — the same building code used across North America — with structural calculations stamped for your specific site.
